Anusara Yoga
Get personalized attention that just isn't possible in large group settings. Whether you're a novice or experienced practitioner, whether looking to practice with a group of friends or on your own, our yoga instruction will be tailor fit to your needs and ability.
Personalized instruction ensures posture and alignment in focus, and provides each participant the ability to modify poses or push their practice to the next level.
Classes cover forward bends, twists, backbends, hip openers, and balancing postures.

Bootcamp
Sweat, lunge, & push up your way to a leaner, stronger body!!! Bootcamp combines a total body workout with cardio intervals to give you the maximum workout experience while blasting fat and burning calories. Each muscle will be challenged in a fun, heart pumping workout! This class can be modified to fit any level of fitness.

CardioKickboxing
Kicks, Punches, Lunges, and more! A high paced cardio workout that really gets you moving. This is a great workout for anyone looking to lose weight or improve their heart health.

Core Circuit Training
Energize your day! This hour long core strengthening class will work to decrease injuries, improve function for higher quality daily living, and increased performance in sport. Great for active adults, tri-athletes, and anyone looking to tone their mid-section.

Kettlebell Class
This class is appropriate for any level of fitness. This class will focus on proper form and technique. You will work every muscle in your body while keeping your heart rate elevated. Please bring your own kettlebell. Kettlebells can be purchased at Dick's Sporting Goods, the Workout Fitness Store in So. Portland, or at Our Online Store. A 10lb or 15lb kettlebell is recommended.

Stretch and Flexibility
Get the blood flowing and release your tension. A great break in the day for office workers, retirees, and anyone looking to improve their mobility and flexibility. No sweating required, just leave feeling great!

Stroller Fitness
A class for mom's and their babies. This class will involve exercising around Baxter Boulevard and incorporate running, squats, lunges, push ups, weight training and ab work. An exercise mat and free weights are required for this class. A jogging stroller is recommended. Mom's must be at least 6 weeks post partum to participate. This class can be modified for any fitness level. **This class will run weather permitting.

Total Exhaustion!
This is an intermediate/advanced group fitness class designed for active and healthy adults without restrictions. High intensity, dynamic movements will ensure you'll get some good sleep afterward. Weather permitting, classes will be held outdoors at local parks.
