Jeff Eckhouse, B.S. Exercise Science
NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Populations Specialist
Jeff is the owner of Mobile Fitness and a Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Jeff graduated from Skidmore College in 1997 and has been a licensed Emergency Medical Technician since 1995. He is an advocate for healthy living and environmental protection, loves to rock climb, telemark ski, and compete in adventure races. Jeff specializes in injury recovery, fitness for older adults, dynamic core training, proper lifting technique, and postural imbalances. |

Devon Bernier has been a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer since 2005. In 1999, she was an accomplished All-American athlete at Middlebury College, VT and has since been involved in the fitness industry as a coach and trainer. Jess is a registered Dietitian and certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist combining expertise in nutrition and fitness to assist clients in meeting their goals. Jessica graduated with her Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Boston University in 2004 and has been a personal trainer since 2001. Jessica Gagne is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and was previously the Director of Personal Training at Planet Fitness in Windham, ME. She is an active and busy mother of three young children. Her passions include running, core training, gardening, traveling and the outdoors. Jessica specializes in pre and post natal training, core stabilization, flexibility, group exercise classes, and training individuals with MS, and weight loss. |

She creates fun and inventive programming and implements high intensity interval training (HIIT) to bring your fitness to a whole new level. Nate has been a Personal Trainer and Health Fitness Specialist certified through the American College of Sports Medicine since May of 2006. His focus in training is teaching correct movement for optimum efficiency and to reduce the risk of injury. He enjoys working with clients who are looking to make long term improvements in their fitness and health, and often meets with individuals who have arthritis, hip pain, and back pain. |

Chris is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Functional Movement Specialist.
Chris uses a common sense approach to exercise, improving basic body alignment, re-establishing proper movement patterns, and focusing on core exercises to enhance stability and prevent injury. In addition to working with clients at Mobile Fitness, Chris is a Lieutenant at the Portland Fire Department. Chris enjoys spending time with family, coaching youth sports, and living "green".
